Glam City Studio provides multiple shipping options to meet your needs:

• Flat-Rate Shipping: $9.99 per order

• Local Pickup: Customers may pick up their orders directly at our Highland Park, MI salon

• Delivery: Available via courier; delivery rates apply

2. Product Refunds & Returns
All physical products, including premium hair bundles and custom wigs, are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Please review your order carefully before purchase. This policy does not apply to salon services, which have their own service-specific policies.

3. Sales Tax
Applicable sales tax will be automatically calculated based on the business address provided.
